Considering the high cost of renting a space to sell your products, Coca Cola decided to maximize the use of their existing location.

We therefore began our benchmarking process here, and analyzed how customers used the refrigerators that were already in stores.

In my analysis of the behavior, I was able to determine that people were walking around the aisle «just to take a look». Therefore, I propose to integrate Coca-Cola products into the customers’ walk before reaching the cash register.

It would be beneficial to have access to the drinks from both wings sides, allowing any customer who walks by to see the drinks without losing their opportunity to sell more product.

My job involved developing the whole design cycle, from benchmarking to conceptual proposals, 3D modeling, samples, and assembling functional prototype.

The final proposal offered the possibility of accessing the fridge from both sides without losing any storage, as well as having an illuminated brand which would allow customers to remain aware of the brand.
